What is Home Staging? 

Home staging involves the design process of customizing a private residence prior to putting it up for sale in the real estate marketplace. This is often accomplished by re-arranging, de-cluttering and improving on certain aspects of the residence.

The goal of home staging is to facilitate the objective of quickly selling a home for the most amount of money by appealing to the largest amount of prospective buyers. Home staging focuses on improving a residence’s potential by transforming it into an ‘objective’ asset because the way we live in our residence is completely different than the way we show it. Home staging creates a living space where buyers can "perceive" themselves in. Similar to the manner in which many model homes are displayed and presented. 

In today's market where 50% of properties are still selling, we bring our expertise to assure that you are in that percentage. We partner with you and use marketing strategies rarely practiced in real estate. We plan events, tours and well coordinated marketing to draw attention to the project. We work with you in pricing and enhancing the project for quick results.

We are a consulting and design firm dedicated to sellers, new construction and banks or lenders. We partner with you in your project to increase success and get paid only when it sells.

At Stages Ready we bring as many as 8 completely unique designs model homes (i.e.: Contemporary, Asia, Eclectic, traditional, etc.) to create an exciting presentation for buyers. Buyers will have an option to own the the furnishings, which can be included in the sale price - a turnkey situation - just move in!

To the buyer, this could be a bonus and provide the necessary incentive for them to purchase the property and just include it in their mortgage.

Staging Process

• Initial walk through to identify size and deficiencies (color, trim, old and tired)
• Joint meetings with all parties to set timeframe and establish goals
• Consultation report on cost and timing
