At Stages Ready, we have been working with sellers,builders, developers and bankers to build new construction condos and townhomes for the last 12 years. In 2007, we felt that the market was becoming insane, with increasing prices and the industry in a race to produce with very little thought given to the possibility of an economic slow down. At that point, we decided to stop selling land and began to focus our efforts on selling and marketing properties for our builders.

By the end of 2007, it became obvious that the marketplace was going in the opposite direction. Fortunately for us, we were virtually sold out by this time. Our success was based on a utlizing a unique and exciting marketing approach(RMD).  

After 9/11, we were facing a devastated environment in which our builders needed to sell their new construction developments fast. As a result of our innovation and creativity, we were able to sell many other units and 65% of those were sold through us directly. With that experience added to our resume, we found ourselves extremely well positioned to challenge today's difficult environment.

We have put in place a number of well proven effective and efficient plans to create excitement and get your properties sold. For example, we use our version of the "Street of Dreams" condo and townhome presentations in cooperation with our sister company Stages Ready LLC, tours, radio events and hosting programs and we are coming up with more & more ideas everyday.
